Wonderful .. what else can I say
This is trully great theatre. Michael Morpurgo's story of a boy and his horse through the First World War is a lovely trale brought magnificently to live on a bare stage using projection, music and those wonderful "puppets" - the horses - who one comes to believe in just as much as the people on stage ... just before the charge I actually found myself thinking "how will they control them in such a small space?"! Daft perhaps, but a real measure of the power these characters have .. and the goose deserved its walk-down at the end!
I was blown away, the audience were with the show all the way and the buzz afterwards was brilliant ... go see!
