Naked Boys Singing

This show seriously undersells itself - you might go for the naked boys but you'll stay for the singing. The songs are very good and the singing moving and powerful. I expected to have fun but I was genuinely entertained by a great production of a show that deserves to be remembered for more than just its naked boys (though a line of high kicking nude men will take some wiping from my memory!).

This production does not go for nudity throughout, probably around a third of the show is done in full nudity and I think this adds considerably to a show that deserves our attention above the waist. Ok, so when they sing of "gratuitous nudity" and "no plot but plenty of exposition" then they're really not joking but the words and music deserve our attention.

This is a good, no nonsense, night out, I loved it!!
