Into the Woods

This is a triumphant production of this challenging musical. The cast all have excellent voices but they move to another level with quirky characterisation. The director hits all the written comedy and inserts some wicked business to add more. Movement throughout is pleasingly polished. The fine orchestra drives the show along. The build up to and delivery of “the last midnight” is delicious and the cast earned their standing ovation.
