Edinburgh Festival 2009: I’ll Always Think of You That Way

A most unlikely friendship is formed in this new play written and directed by performers Octavia Mackenzie and Ashley McGuire.

The new found pals are flighty Savannah and unable-to-take-off Alison, who discover one another at the Sunnydale Rehabilitation Retreat, a place of therapy for their respective dysfunctional relationships with reality and food.

There is a disparate alignment of drama and sketch comedy to proceedings that is forgiven by two engaging and skilled comic performances with wry and compassionate characterisation and situations.
