Crazy Dates Confirmed

As has been mentioned in our news a few times, Crazy for You is indeed to transfer to The Novello when its run at the Regent's Park Open Air theatre concludes. Last night at the Open Air will be 10th September and the George and Ira Gershwin musical will open at the Novello on 7th October ... fast turn around! The run at the Novello will include the complete Open Air cast including; Harriet Thorpe, David Burt, Sean Palmer, Clare Foster, Kim Medcalf and Michael McKell.

 This production of Crazy for You was directed by Timothy Sheader with choreography by Stephen Mear and desins by Peter McKintosh. The West End transfer is produced by Mark Goucher, Adam Spiegel and William Village.

The Novello became availble when Betty Blue Eyes, a new musical based on Alan Bennett's A Private Function, posted early closing notices. Originally intended to run until January 2012 it will now close on 24th September. A shame as this was the first new musical from Cameron Mackintosh in over ten years. Currently, Crazy for You is booking until July 2012.
