Adam's style of songs and stories works excellently, a sort of cross between a stand-up and a lecture. We are treated to episodes from the three parts of his life; medical school, junior doctor and ex-doctor and they are, as you would expect, both funny and horrific. Taking the lid off the medical profession helps us to understand the pressures that those involve suffer and why, increasingly, they can't cope and either leave or, sadly, commit suicide. Fortunately, our spirits were lifted by a brief appearance of his beautiful baby daughter at the end - what a treat.
