Rumour: Bend it Like Beckham

New musical for 2015 + Ronan Keating on stage

Ronan Keeting - photo Hugo Glendinning A new musical based on the film Bend it Like Beckham looks set to come to the Phoenix next Spring. The current show there, Once, will close next March (21st March 2015) and is expected to go on a national tour.

The new musical will be directed by Gurinder Chadhadir and will be written by Howard Goodall and Charles Hart.

Meanwhile, in Once, Ronan Keating will perform the role of Guy from 17 November 2014 except at performances on 20 January and 24 January 2015.
