Arnold is 85, gay, and in a care home. He is terrified he's losing his marbles. All sorts of things don't add up any more. He is at the end of his tether, and his carer, Cherry is scared of what he might do. The home supervisor, Alice, thinks he's a danger to himself and others. But is he going gaga, or is something more sinister going on? In the guise of a mystery play, Carter smuggles in a range of questions about ageing: loss of love and even hope of love; loss of family, purpose and meaning.
