MonologueSlam UK is THE industry showcase for actors. The showcase takes place across the UK with an annual national final in London in December. The only industry showcase to be sponsored by casting directory Spotlight, MonologueSlam UK is renowned for offering a direct link between talent and the industry. Following a lengthy audition process, 22 actors (including a Youth Round for 11-16 year olds), are given the opportunity to perform for a welcoming audience and an industry panel including agents, casting directors and directors. An added element of competition raises the stakes for the chosen performers. MonologueSlam UK brings you the most exciting new UK talent.
