Showcasing the vast talents of students aged 11-19 years, Summer Syncopations also acts as a last hurrah of the Final Year Students before they graduate to dance companies around the world. Performances will include specially commissioned works by guest choreographers. Summer Syncopations embraces everything from Jazz and Flamenco to Kathak dance in a contemporary context, including the exceptional up-beat, hip swinging, spontaneous, one-act ballet Elite Syncopations by Kenneth MacMillan.
