Details

JEW(ish) is a thought provoking work of theatre centred on an individual's search for his cultural identity. The performance weaves together an imagined Jewish heritage with real family oral histories, stories and memories. Travelling from shtetl to city, from past to present, and from the personal to the political, JEW(ish) explores cultural identity and the sense of belonging through puppetry, object manipulation and scenography.
