Verse and Better is an evening of fund-raising fun with John Hegley and friends, featuring percussive poetry, persistent puppetry and propellent groove, in aid of Norwich’s Highwater House and St Martin’s Housing Trust. Mr Hegley will be aided and abetted on stage by fellow wordsmiths Andrew Bailey and Oliver Bernard, before the evening concludes with classic sixties soul music in the bar, spun by DJ David Belcher.
