Roy Hutchins performs extracts from Heathcote Williams' latest collection of meditations, Forbidden Fruit. The pieces include a celebration of bees, a paean to the Tiger and an extradordinary encounter with a jackdaw. Tender, provocative and surprising, this performance crosses mental boundaries whilst making connections you will be enriched by. Williams recently won an Archangel Lifetime's Achievement Award for his contribution to the Edinburgh Festivals; an award collected by his long term advocate, Hutchins, who once again gives voice to Williams' quietly exquisite, unfailingly elegant and blazingly powerful work.
