Stand-up poet, armchair revolutionary and recumbent rocker, Elvis McGonagall is the 2006 World Slam Champion, the compere of the notorious Blue Suede Sporran Club and is one of the poets in residence on BBC Radio 4’s Saturday Live. His first one man show, One Man and his Doggeral, received a Guardian four star review at Edinburgh Festival 2009.
