Brought vividly to life in Guy Masterson’s internationally acclaimed one-man interpretation, all 69 ebullient inhabitants of Llareggub are beautifully recreated in an amazing feat of memory and virtuosity. It’s bawdy and beautiful, sad and sensual and, through the music of language, Guy Masterson creates indelible, unforgettable images of humanity. Using nothing but a wooden chair, dark glasses, apposite lighting and a beautifully haunting soundscape, Masterson performs the entire work uncut; men, women, girls, boys, cows, pigs, a horse and a cat!
