Inspired by the New Vic's fantastic production of A Christmas Carol last year, Uncle Eric has joined an amateur dramatic society. It's filled with a bunch of misfits who are putting on a Christmas production in aid of the local senior citizens. But there's some confusion over whether the show should be Aladdin or A Christmas Carol. So Abanazar Scrooge appears and when the producer decides to modernise the show there's a Christmas dinner at the new trendy wine bar, the Bar Humbug (geddit?!). A great script, fantastic musicianship, deep moral issues, startling drama - none of these will be present in Uncle Eric's Christmas Carol! But it will be a laugh, a fantastic night out and a great opportunity to join in with all your favourite 60s songs!
