It s the tale of the dramatic tussle between the acting Colonel - Major Jock Sinclair - a charismatic drunk, WW2 hero who has worked his way through the ranks the hard way. His command is short lived when ex-public school/Sandhurst Colonel Basil Barrow arrives, a veteran of a Japanese POW camp.
