Tramping Like Mad archive"Tramping. A side to side rolling motion. When you can't get your balance." When the remains of Donald Campbell and Bluebird were found in Coniston in 2001, it seemed a fitting conclusion to thirty-four years of mystery. Finally, the record-breaker could rest in peace. However, those who were there, or have seen the grainy footage of Bluebird's last fatal journey, find it hard to forget. This is the inspiration for Julie McKiernan's touching play about the Dierden family, rocked by secrets that come to the surface with the recovery of the Bluebird.
