El Nino has struck. The wells are dry. Yet, the Sacred Well receives a regular visitor. Perhaps the legend of the mysterious creature known as the Well Being is true. Or perhaps it is the work of the evil Jerry Can-Do, a spiritualist plumber and arms dealer. Either way, the fate of the world depends on who is the first to contact The Water Juggler.
