Story of a bank clerk trapped in a maze of absurdities. One morning, Joseph K is informed that he is under arrest. He is not accused of any particular crime, but is set on a comic course of shame and horror. A double-fare to commemorate the victims of the Holocaust. Andrew Visnevski's original 1980 award-winning production of Franz Kafka's immortal tale of oppression and paranoia was an artistic landmark: it established The Cherub Company as one of the most theatrically daring companies in the UK.
