When something inside them changes, all three discover a way out of lives in which they no longer fit. Now they must choose between the existence they have always known and an exhilarating new one. The Silents has been devised through workshops blending ensemble based theatre practice with real life testimony. The development involved gathering stories from performers, members of the larger community and those with experience of mental health issues.
