The River

The River

Work:: The River (S0341468315)

Do you know what it is like to catch a fish? The feel of the rod jerking in your hands, your heart beating into your cheeks, to pull it from the river bed. Hold it in both hands and then suddenly it's gone. You'll spend a lifetime trying to catch it again. The River tells the story of a man and a woman, on a moonless night, in a remote cabin on the cliffs. This simple, beautiful story of heartbreak and love is about a man trying to catch his glimmering girl.

CORONAVIRUS: All venues in the UK were shut down on March 16, 2020, and the restrictions were finally lifted on July 19, 2021. It is important to mention that the UK Theatre Web archive listings (iUKTDb) from March 2020 to July 2021 might not be accurate due to the lack of information regarding rescheduled and cancelled shows.
