The Ripple Effect - ATG Project

Work:: The Ripple Effect (S1884158549)

Forming part of the London 2012 Festival, the culmination of the Cultural Olympiad, playwright Ursula Rani Sarma and young people from across the region aim to deliver a vibrant piece of new writing inspired by the Olympic theme of truce. Ursula's ideas, gathered from workshops with local people, have produced an exciting, innovative piece of theatre and what you will see and hear is the voice of Merseyside. Performed on the iconic stage of the Empire, this compelling piece gives us an insight into our culture and how young people see the world in 2012.ce.

CORONAVIRUS: All venues in the UK were shut down on March 16, 2020, and the restrictions were finally lifted on July 19, 2021. It is important to mention that the UK Theatre Web archive listings (iUKTDb) from March 2020 to July 2021 might not be accurate due to the lack of information regarding rescheduled and cancelled shows.
