The Rape of the Belt

Work:: The Rape of the Belt (S1375650361)

An hilariously witty modern take on an old legend. Heracles, having accomplished most of his legendary twelve labours, arrives at the court of the Amazons, renowned female warriors. His task: to take their prized ceremonial Belt. A hero of some repute, he has fought and conquered lions, giants and monsters, now he encounters his most formidable adversary - woman. He and his companion, the famed Theseus, find themselves in a world run by women, where the men are kept apart as slaves in a compound, and used soley for breeding purposes! The two heroes are entertained with irresistible charm by their hostesses, Antiope and Hippolyte under the watchful, but somewhat jaundiced eyes, of Zeus and Hera. The battle of the sexes is waged once more in this deliciously provocative modern comedy.
