The Pit and the Poppadom archiveThe Pit and The Poppadom tells the spinetinglingly funny story of St Turnip's School for Orphans, and its evil headmistress. Aiming to get her hands on the orphan's large trust fund, she plots the disappearance of the children. A wicked teacher, who is also in on the plan, arranges to take the students on a school trip, and after their coach mysteriously breaks down, they end up having to stay the night in a haunted mansion. In hilarious style, the students begin to disappear one by one, as everyone tries to discover the secret behind the unusual and scary happenings.
