The People's Happiness archiveA production based on the life of young Stalin. Once upon a time, a son of a cobbler fought his way out of the gutter using only brains, guts, words, bombs and anything and anyone that stood in his way, until one day he ruled one third of the world. His subjects loved him and called him The Peoples Happiness and they all lived happily ever after. ...except they didn't and what followed was one of he most bloody episodes in history because the cobbler's son was Josef Stalin. This original ensemble piece dramatises moments, memories and imaginings in the young life of a tyrant.
