The Maids; A Game For Two archiveA game, where identities are lost, personalities interchange, power and dreams collide and self awareness is non existent. A play that questions whether there has been an improvement, over the last few decades, in the way we treat people that serve us. Who are "the maids" in today's 'civilised' world? Do we treat people who clean our houses and serve our morning coffee with respect? Do we judge each other through labels and job titles or do we simply honour every human being as an equal? At the end of the day, how easy is it for someone to retain their personality under this pressure, to stay true to their essence and not become a slave to their desires?
