The Life and Loves of a Nobody archiveThe Life and Loves of a Nobody is the story of a woman who grows up in a place that's dying around her. She wants to escape who she is and the place she's from, a place that courses through her veins. She has the naive hope of becoming one of the film icons she's wasted hours watching on a Sunday afternoon. But hoping and dreaming doesn't make life come true and she chases the wrong men to the wrong places at the wrong times and ends up with egg on her face. The only chance she has is the little bit of fight she didn't know she had in her. At what point do we let go of what we hoped our life would be when we grow up? At what point does it seem unlikely, then impossible, that we could do that? At what point do we settle? Do we settle? Or do we change our minds?
