The Lady of Pleasure, first produced in 1635, is a witty comedy of London life, set among a fashionable world of deceit, sexual hypocrisy and social one-upmanship. This production finds its natural home in the swinging London of the mid 1960s, the world of Carnaby Street, beautiful people and dedicated followers of fashion.
