The Flu Season archiveA man and a woman embark on a relationship in what seems to be a psychiatric hospital, watched on by a doctor and nurse and a prologue and an epilogue - six characters in search of sanity? A stage? A means of being heard? Or is it simply someone to be with? Eno's play is a deliberately theatrical tragi-comedy, or rather a comical tragedy, where love is found and lost, while others lose and find it, and nothing is learnt from now or then.
