The impossibly handsome Captain Theseus has plucked the ravishing Hippolyta from the front lines of the formidable Amazonian forces entrenched in Attica and has dragged her into a forest near Athens. There they encounter Oberon, Titania and other fairies and chaos ensues. Live music and slapstick bring the comedia dell'arte alive in all its magic, earthiness and poetry.
