The Dong with a Luminous Nose archiveDan and Dave. Teenagers of the city, on the cusp of adulthood. They thirst for the status of an adult life, pushing behind them the symbols of childhood - play, rhyming and innocence. But when a mysterious man with a luminous nose takes them on a journey from their familiar urban world and leads them to the Great Gromboolian plain beyond - well, they're not sure what they want any more. Faced with talking rats, a squabbling owl and pussycat, and a bunch of singing baboons, would you? Suitable for ages approximately 7 upwards
