The Black Curtain archiveDuntown, a town which could be anytime and anywhere, is sizzling in a heat wave. When Frank Harmless and his friend Harry uncover corruption on high they face a tough choice: speak out or remain silent? Frank's decision sets in motion a series of deadly events leading to betrayal and murder. This sordid underworld full of greedy politicians, secret agents and a duplicitous femme fatal is brought to life by a chorus of men in trench coats, a cracking hard-boiled script and an original electro-jazz score. Running time 75 mins (no interval). Supported by Arts Council England.
