Taming archiveIn keeping with the tradition of staging Shakespeare in innovative and abstract ways, the Bristol Shakespeare Company returns this summer with the premiere of a devised piece inspired by Taming of the Shrew where gender differences reign supreme and love never comes easy. Told from the perspective of the two couples, this dark physical comedy explores the toils of young love; the jealousy that threatens it, the moments of pure bliss that nourish it and the overall confusion created. A battle of the sexes to the bitter end, but who will win?
