Soliloquies archiveHis wife's funeral leads Henry, an east end Londoner, to reminisce about his days as a fireman during the Second World War. A two-hander, Soliloquies is a dramatic rendering of the emotional conflicts, which are the consequences of the compromises, sacrifices, and betrayals that occur in times of war. When Henry's daughter Fay attempts to bridge the distance between generations, dark pasts are set alight.
