Mena and Svetan grew up surrounded by the sea. She's an islander. He's a Bulgarian sailor. And although they don't speak the same language, a powerful attraction becomes a formidable bond. But Mena has her loyalties, to her uncle and Shetland, and Svetan has a past, which is rapidly catching up with him. Can they love withstand the currents surrounding them?
