When Pap Pickles nips out to buy some cigarettes, her husband Bobby, her four kids, and father-in-law Nobby don't think she'll be long, but that was a month ago. But rather than trying to become Father of the Year overnight, Bobby enlists the help of next-door-neighbour Bernie, a faded drag queen, to look after the kids whilst he and granddad blag their way round Europe following their beloved Manchester United.
