Scraps archiveThey're the sort of people we all know, but wish we didn't. Jane (in her tasteless top), Graham (offering yet more Asti), Lesley (working wonders with her aromatherapy oils) and Phil (blotting out the horror of it all by drinking beer after beer). Then of course, there's Sue. A bittersweet black comedy, Scraps follows the lives of five friends from Birmingham. Dubbed by the critics 'am Abigail's Party for the nineties..', Scraps deals with death, divorce, alcoholism, dreadful fashion sense and the plight of being an Aston Villa supporter. What do Duran Duran, banoffee pie and aromatherapy have in common? Nothing, until you've seen Scraps.
