Assistant manager, Karen has walked out in a storm of controversy just four weeks before Christmas. Needing a replacement fast, Ron turns to his band of eclectic employees, hoping one of them can step up to the mark. Katzya is the top saleswoman but struggles to speak English; Gershwin, loves to play with marionettes; Tanya, has just given up sugar, giving her some crazy mood swings; Jessica, Queen of the Chavs, needs to stop saying 'the thing is, yeah' and Ray, well, he just has issues. As each prepares a caustic game plan, who's going to be fired?
