Pool - City of Culture archivePool - City of Culture is a two-handed drama written in rhyme and prose, following a day in the life of David and Tina. David is a cockney chancer, full of swagger and mischief, who has drunkenly taken the train to Liverpool and finds himself stranded there after being robbed. Tina, a spiky but soft-hearted scouser, comes to his aid. They share a day of secrets and lies, trouble and strife, intrigue and romance, dancing, a fight... Will they or won't they? Maybe they might.
