Martha, a new employee, is doing her time at Point Blank Hotel. Through her we witness the sadistic, controlling life of the hotel and unearth its characters; Wendy the husband-beating wife, John the manager who keeps checking in and checking her out, Old Man Jones the martyr to modernization and Sarah the senile permanent resident.
