Pig

Pig

Work:: Pig (S0175706179)

"You just know this. Sitting in a little box and having your heart-rate taken once in a while. And it's all soooo cushty. It's peachy. It's stress free roses for little Percy pig. You're a bloody joke mate." Things aren't going great when your only friend is the piglet you've been experimenting on. And now even he's started to give you dirty looks. In the sterile, clinical confines of the laboratory, Lucy is just trying to keep it together enough to get through the night shift, and not annoy her supervisor any more than she already has. But things are starting to unravel. And as their experiment on the piglet Percy continues, Lucy's personal life starts to come crashing and screaming into the lab. A tense and gripping two-hander about coercive relationships and animal testing, Pig is a story of control and release, what happens when hidden violence starts seeping through the cracks of everyday life.
