This comedy follows the rivaling interests of an assortment of people as they all arrive at the same time for the use of the local hall. Hilarious clashes occur both social and amorous and there is much realigning of sympathies whilst trying to sort out their interests but all unite eventually in a common cause. This is a riotous play showing human nature and all its foibles and characteristics.
