Our Husband Has Gone Mad Again archiveaking a comical look at the political landscape of contemporary Africa, Our Husband Has Gone Mad Again is social and political satire at its best. Written by Ola Rotimi, one of Nigeria's leading playwrights and theatre directors, the play takes a raucous swipe at the ideological misfits and opportunists who take on Africa's ever-accommodating politics. The play follows Major Lejoka-Brown as he tackles the arena of politics using his experiences in military combat. However, the Major's vanity, patriotism, and his attempts to adapt to a situation he can hardly grasp, lead to highly comical results. His predicament is complicated further by the unexpected arrival of his American wife Liza, who discovers two more marriages contracted without her knowledge, and her husband beset by political problems. See the trailer below to given you a flavour of this must-see comedy play.
