The final production in Michael Kelligan’s popular ‘Deadlier Than The Male’ season of script-held plays by women with female directors. Lynn Hunter directs this very successful radio play for the stage. It’s a tense and moving drama set on a housing estate in Cardiff where innocent children play, happily unaware that the war in Afghanistan is about to impinge on their lives. Catrin Clarke is a Bafta award-winning radio and television writer. She has worked on Belonging, Mistresses, Casualty and The Bill.
