Oh WoT a Lovely War? archiveInspired by the original Joan Littlewood production. A brave cast of local people from Salford and Greater Manchester have spent the last six months, exploring how war touches their lives to create Oh, WoT a Lovely War?. The team that brought you The Lowry's previous community production Love on the Dole has teased very intimate stories of individual experiences of conflict from the cast and crew including the stories of a husband and wife estranged on opposing sides of the miner's strike to the suicide of a close relative who was seriously injured in the Second World War. Contains some strong language and disturbing and graphic images. Most suitable for ages 16+
