Overlooked by casting directors and never having bagged the role of her dreams, Beth currently helps her dad out at his failing hotel in the Lake District. When an old flame comes to town with yet another size zero starlet on his arm, it forces Beth to question her ambitions and to seek comfort in the arms of a charming poet. Is this the romantic lead that Beth has been looking for? Or is he just a distraction from the real Romeo who has been under Beth's nose all along?
