Nijinsky - Death of a Faun archiveNijinsky - Death of a Faun is a compelling one-man play set in the Swiss sanatorium where Nijinsky spent many years of his life. It takes place on the day Nijinsky learns of the death of the man who sought to control his very being and who was ultimately responsible for breaking him. Nijinsky struggles throughout to come to terms with Diaghilev's death, integrating excerpts from some of his most famous roles - Petrushka, Scheherazade, and of course the Faun.
