Sculptor, Daedalus, arrives in Crete. King Minos requests he create the most beautiful sculptures for his kingdom. The Queen, Pasiphae, driven to madness by Venus, is infatuated with a taur. Inside the garden of sculptures, Pasiphae mates with the taur and after nine months bears a holy beast, the Minotaur.
