Lord Byron's Love Letter

T0297893589
Lord Byron's Love Letter, a vignette by Tennessee Williams, is a one act play, set in the parlour of a faded old residence in the French Quarter of 19th century New Orleans. The play features two old ladies who have in their possession an original love letter by Lord Byron. Visitors are lured in by the plaque on their door to be given a glimpse into the letter's contents. By the author of Streetcar Named Desire and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, this is a beautifully written and darkly comic piece of theatre.
